Domestic Returns (Within Pakistan)

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the order number. Ship the item using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are defective , damaged or Size Issue upon receipt.
  • To request an exchange, contact our customer service team at support@unzipmarket.com within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
  2. Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the order number. Ship the item using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Replacement Item: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

General Return Information

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, sale items, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

Return Conditions

  • Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
